The top surface doubles as a sturdy, hygienic preparation counter while the interior maintains precise refrigeration for fresh ingredients, sauces, dairy products, and pre-prepped items. It is ideal for prep stations in hotels, restaurants, QSR outlets, and bakeries.

The unit features a full SS 304 interior and exterior construction with CFC-free insulation for superior thermal efficiency. The heavy-duty commercial-grade compressor maintains an accurate temperature range of 2°C to 8°C, keeping stored ingredients fresh and safe throughout service hours. Adjustable shelves inside the cabinet allow flexible storage configurations for different product sizes and containers.

Equipped with a digital temperature controller, self-closing hinged doors, and magnetic door gaskets, the worktop refrigerator is easy to operate and maintain in busy kitchen environments. The smooth stainless steel worktop surface is FSSAI-compliant and supports chopping boards, food prep tools, and utensils without risk of contamination. Manufacturing Process

Every worktop refrigerator undergoes a multi-stage assembly and testing process to ensure reliable cooling performance.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

SS 304 sheets are cut, bent, and welded to form the outer cabinet, inner liner, worktop surface, and door panels with precise dimensional accuracy.

Insulation Filling

CFC-free high-density polyurethane foam is injected between the inner and outer walls to achieve maximum thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

Compressor & Refrigerant Fitting

A commercial-grade hermetic compressor is fitted and the refrigeration circuit is charged with R-134a or R-290 eco-friendly refrigerant by certified technicians.

Testing & QC

Each unit is run for a minimum of 24 hours to verify temperature stability, door seal integrity, and compressor performance before dispatch.

The digital thermostat allows precise temperature setting within this range, and the unit holds the set temperature consistently even under ambient kitchen conditions.
Our worktop refrigerators are available in capacities ranging from 200 litres (single door) to 500 litres (double door). The most popular configurations for restaurant prep stations are the 300-litre single door and 400-litre double door models. Custom capacities can be fabricated based on your kitchen space and storage requirements.
We fit our worktop refrigerators with compressors from reputed brands such as Embraco, Kirloskar, or equivalent commercial-grade hermetic compressors depending on the capacity and configuration. These compressors are designed for 24/7 continuous operation in high-ambient commercial kitchen environments, typically up to 43°C ambient temperature.
Power consumption varies by model size and ambient conditions. A standard 300-litre single-door worktop refrigerator consumes approximately 150–250 watts under normal operating conditions. The CFC-free insulation and energy-efficient compressor ensure minimal electricity usage. The unit runs on single-phase 230V AC power supply, making it compatible with standard commercial electrical installations.
Our worktop refrigerators are available with both manual defrost and automatic defrost (fan-assisted) systems. The auto-defrost model is recommended for high-traffic kitchens as it eliminates the need for scheduled manual defrosting, reducing downtime. The manual defrost model is a lower-cost option suitable for kitchens with light to moderate daily use. Please specify your preferred defrost type at the time of order.
