Our Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Storage Rack is an essential component of any well-organized commercial kitchen. Engineered for strength and hygiene, this multi-tier rack provides ample storage space for ingredients, utensils, containers, crockery, and kitchen supplies. Constructed entirely from SS 304 grade stainless steel, the rack is fully rust-free, non-corrosive, and effortless to clean, making it compliant with the strictest food safety and FSSAI hygiene standards.
The multi-tier design maximizes vertical space utilization, allowing kitchens to organize their supplies efficiently without consuming excessive floor area. Each shelf tier is capable of bearing significant weight, making the rack suitable for storing heavy stock pots, bulk ingredient containers, and commercial-size serving equipment. The open shelf design ensures proper airflow around stored items, which is critical for maintaining ingredient freshness and preventing moisture buildup.
Widely used in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, hospital canteens, cloud kitchens, and industrial catering facilities, our storage racks are available in various standard sizes with 3, 4, or 5 tiers. Custom widths, depths, and heights can be fabricated to match your available space. Adjustable leveling feet provide stability on uneven floors, and the entire unit is designed for easy disassembly and deep cleaning during periodic kitchen maintenance cycles.
SS 304 pipes and perforated or plain sheet panels are measured and cut to precise dimensions using pipe cutters and shearing machines for each rack component.
Individual shelf pans are formed by bending and welding SS sheets, with upturned edges to prevent items from sliding off. Each tier is fabricated to uniform dimensions for consistent stacking.
The vertical pipe columns and horizontal cross-braces are TIG-welded into a rigid frame. Shelf tiers are then welded or bolted at equal intervals to create the complete multi-level rack structure.
Each completed rack undergoes a load test to verify tier strength and frame stability. Surfaces are polished, leveling feet are fitted, and the unit is inspected before packaging and dispatch.
