Our Heavy-Duty Commercial Bulk Fryer is engineered for high-volume deep frying operations in catering units, fast food outlets, industrial kitchens, hospital canteens, and large-scale food processing environments. Built to handle continuous heavy-duty use, this fryer features a large-capacity stainless steel oil tank, a powerful commercial-grade gas burner, and a wide mesh basket that can process large quantities of food in a single frying cycle — dramatically increasing throughput and reducing production time during peak service hours.
The fryer body and oil tank are fabricated from food-grade SS 304 stainless steel, ensuring complete hygiene compliance and resistance to the corrosive effects of hot cooking oil. A robust bottom-mounted drainage valve allows for safe, convenient oil draining and replacement without the need to tilt or move the unit. The oil tank is designed with a cool zone at the bottom, beneath the heat exchanger, which allows food debris to settle away from the active frying zone — significantly extending oil life and maintaining food quality across large production batches.
Designed for versatility, this bulk fryer is ideal for frying French fries, potato chips, pakoras, fried chicken, fish fillets, samosas, murukku, and a wide range of snack items. The powerful burner ensures rapid oil recovery after each batch is loaded, maintaining consistent frying temperatures across successive batches and eliminating the quality degradation caused by temperature drop in underpowered fryers. Whether you are running a fast food chain, a large school canteen, or an industrial snack manufacturing unit, our bulk fryer delivers the performance and reliability your operation demands.
The oil tank and outer body are cut and TIG-welded from heavy-gauge SS 304 steel sheets. Tank joints are seam-welded and tested for oil-tight integrity. The outer body is reinforced with structural ribs for stability under full oil load.
A high-BTU commercial gas burner and SS heat exchanger tubes are fitted beneath and within the tank. The heat exchanger design maximizes heat transfer to the oil while maintaining a debris-settling cool zone at the tank bottom.
A heavy-duty oil drain valve is fitted at the base of the tank for safe oil removal. Gas safety valves with pilot flame failure protection and a thermostat for temperature control are installed and tested for reliable, safe operation.
The fryer is filled to capacity with water and inspected for leaks at all welds and valve joints. After passing the water test, the unit is dried, gas-fired, and run through a full heating cycle to verify burner output, thermostat accuracy, and drain valve functionality before dispatch.
